DGY Rewards: Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

By participating in DGY Rewards, you agree to these terms.


  • Account Creation: You must have a valid DGY account. Membership is limited to one (1) account per individual.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide and maintain accurate contact information.
  • Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate.

2. Earning DGY Points

Points are digital units used to track your progress toward rewards.

  • Methods of Earning: Points are earned through qualifying purchases of digital services, referrals, or specific engagement actions as defined on the DGY Rewards dashboard.
  • Pending Points: Points earned from purchases may remain in a "Pending" status for up to 30 days to account for refund or cancellation periods.

3. Redeeming for Digital Services
  • Redemption Only: Points may only be redeemed for the digital services listed in the DGY Rewards Gallery.
  • No Cash Value: Points are not property, do not constitute a "balance" of any currency, and are not redeemable for cash or credit.
  • Availability: All rewards are subject to availability and may be swapped or removed at DGY’s sole discretion.

4. Expiration & Inactivity
  • Inactivity Rule: Points will expire 12 months from the date of your last "Point Action" (either earning or redeeming).
  • Notifications: DGY Group will attempt to notify you via your registered email 30 days prior to any point expiration.

5. Account Termination & Forfeiture
  • User Cancellation: You may opt out of DGY Rewards at any time. Upon cancellation, all accrued points are immediately forfeited.
  • Program Misuse: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using scripts/bots to earn points, or exploiting system glitches.
  • Clawbacks: If a digital service purchase is refunded, the points associated with that purchase will be deducted from your balance.

6. Limitation of Liability
  • "As-Is" Basis: The DGY Rewards program is provided without warranties of any kind.
  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, DGY’s total liability for any claim regarding the program is limited to the value of the digital service reward in dispute.

7. Modifications to the Program

DGY Rewards is a living program. We reserve the right to:

  • Change the point-to-service exchange rate.
  • Change the methods of earning points.
  • Terminate the program entirely with 60 days' notice provided via the website or email.
